As a Potawatomi Casino Hotel (PCH) Street Team Associate, you will have a genuine passion for guest service, assist with corporate and community partnerships, and have top-notch organizational skills. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

  • *Work closely with the Partnerships Specialist, Marketing and PR team as necessary at sponsored events and act as a brand advocate for PCH.

  • *Create strong business relationships and engage with new customers at events to improve marketing efforts and ROI.

  • *Work with Partnerships Specialist to secure and confirm details of sponsorship activation, gathering marketing materials, promotional items, and event schedules.

  • *Regulate and activate interactive event activities, experiences, and giveaways.

  • *Administer promotions on property and at off site events.

  • *Assist with research, development, execution, and evaluation of corporate festival and community sponsorships.

  • *Assist with tracking details and recording retention of sponsorship events including maintaining spreadsheets; general communication; and gifts, prizes, and premiums awarded.

  • *Order sponsorship promotional items and maintain inventory of all sponsorship promotional items.

  • *Work with Purchasing department and vendors to contract services for sponsorships as assigned by management.

  • *Assist with set up and take down of staging elements including but not limited to, equipment, promotional tents, promotional tables, or kiosks at sponsorship events and festivals.

  • Support other Marketing department areas with promotions as needed.

  • Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of marketing or sponsorship experience is preferred An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising is preferred.

  • If assigned driving duties:

  • Must have a valid, unexpired Wisconsin Driver's License.

  • Must have and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

  • Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and basic computer skills.

  • The ability to use strong organization skills and attention to detail to accurately handle multiple job duties and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.

  • The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.

  • The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move freely throughout the office and property for duration of scheduled shift. The team member is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The team member must be able to operate a personal computer. The team member may be required to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with assistance. Team member must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

The noise level is usually moderate. When on the casino floor the noise level increases. The facility is not smoke free. The team member is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, cold, and vibration. While performing the duties of this job, the team member may occasionally be required to drive a personal/company vehicles(s).
