Pca/Caregiver

Citadel Home Care is a trusted and compassionate provider of in-home care services. We are currently seeking dedicated and caring PCAs/Caregivers to join our team. As a PCA/Caregiver at Citadel Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential care and assistance.

Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and offering companionship. We offer flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a PCA or caregiver preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
