Pca/Caregiver

As a PCA/Caregiver with Citadel Home Care, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding, if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and document any changes in clients' condition
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure clients' needs are met

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a PCA or caregiver is preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
