Our company exists to promote and protect life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We do this by designing, building, and supporting security and intelligence products. Our core expertise is in small, lightweight, high performance multi-mode radar systems for unmanned and manned aircraft. We cover the entire life-cycle, often beginning with defining a market where none exists, designing and building the product, training the customer on how to use the system, and supporting it in the field.

We have some exciting opportunities and we are looking to grow our team by bringing on a PCA/Cable Assembler. In addition to smarts, skills, and experience, we're after someone who is a healthy fit-someone who aligns with our company core values. These are our values, and they define how we behave and how you can succeed with our company:

  • All in - we're all in the same boat

  • Stand up - we stand accountable with integrity

  • Can-do - we innovate with a can-do attitude

We need someone with the skills and experience required to help assemble printed circuit boards, cable harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies. Our manufacturing department is one of the best teams you'll ever work with, and our engineering team is located in the same building. You'll learn how to program, operate and maintain SMT equipment, and you'll assist in creating and following process documentation. We have many different versions of our products, and there is always something exciting and new to work on. You'll be constantly learning, evolving and cross training.

These are some of the things that are important to us:

  • You can hand solder components to IPC Class 3 specifications.

  • You can assemble complex cable harnesses to meet quality standards.

  • You can assemble mechanical devices using hand-tools.

  • You can read schematic prints and technical work instructions.

  • You have experience with automated pick and place equipment.

  • You have pride in promoting and executing quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, documents and reports.

  • You prefer an organized and clean manufacturing environment, and will do your part to keep it that way.

  • You may have IPC certifications, but if not, we have the ability to train in house.

We like to take care of our team members. Here's what you can expect from us:

  • We offer a competitive salary

  • We place a high value on work-life balance

  • We have flexible schedule options

  • We have a 401k match and employer HSA contributions

  • We offer an excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision

  • We have 100% company paid Short- and Long-Term disability and Life insurance

  • You'll get paid-time-off, plus 11 holidays off throughout the year including the week between Christmas and New Years

  • We are a really great place to work

We encourage you to take a look at our website and spend a little time researching what we do. If this opportunity looks like a good fit to you, we'd love to hear from you. When you apply, please include a resume and an informal cover letter explaining what you're passionate about and what interests you most about the opportunity.
