PCA Production Assembler

What you will do:

As our Printed Circuit Board (PCA) Assembler, you will help the Operations Team on the day shift by accurately and efficiently performing standard production duties and electronic assembly operations on circuit boards and sub-assemblies for our products that that help control and monitor one of the world's most valuable and limited resources- Water! This position works in our Detroit Lakes, MN location.

The job:

Every day, your primary role will be building surface mount circuit boards. You will prep parts for circuit board assembly and populate parts onto a circuit board utilizing some light mechanical assembly and basic soldering.

The skills you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience using various hand tools for light electrical assembly, be capable in soldering and be able to produce repeatable, quality circuit board assemblies. You must be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You must be able to sit and stand throughout the shift.
