Supportive Management and Leadership
This is a remote position that will require maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of computer systems, and deployment support for Seat Management customers. Hardware platforms include Dell, HP, Microsoft, and Fujitsu devices. This position will require daily travel from the candidate's home location to the various customer locations within the region.
- Communicate with customer and SHI personnel on repair Complete repairs within specific timeframes Manage workload through Salesforce App Order and return defective parts as needed Assist in PC Deployment Projects as needed Assist with PC Moves as needed Maintain parts inventory Attend regular team meetings
Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required
- A+ certification required Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet troubleshooting and repair Knowledge of Microsoft OS. Must have excellent customer service skills. This is a remote position so the candidate must have the ability to work independently in the field without constant supervision. PC Deployment experience Knowledge of Dell, HP, Fujitsu, and Microsoft hardware platforms preferred
