1140 Call Center
The Laredo PBX operator responds to incoming calls in a timely manner and directs callers to appropriate destination providing smooth, clear and professionally courteous communication practice. Provides administrative support for the Laredo Call Center.

Process incoming calls, obtains necessary information to transfer calls to department, personnel and/or extension.
Provides administrative support to call center department by distributing information, documents, and other materials as needed.

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to navigate easily on basic computer functions
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED
6 months experience in an office environment
