SCC is seeking experienced Part-time, Project-based Workforce Development Specialists to assist business and industry partners. Ideal candidates will have experience in facilitating and training (on-site and remote) in an industrial environment as well as providing input related to process improvement and related implementation strategies. Specific knowledge/experience in but not be limited to:

• Computer Applications

• Leadership & Supervision

• Quality/Lean Topics

• Federal and Local Regulations and Safety Standards

• Technical Skills Topics

• Technical Writing and Instructional Design

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of related experience with business and industry

• Strong attention to detail

• Leadership experience

• Self-motivated

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work well with others
