What you will do on a daily/weekly basis; --Process payroll and payroll related reports, as well as review biweekly OT calculations with the CFO --Prepare reports for OT, 401K, Holiday Bonus, Profit Sharing Bonus, Annual Review Raises and other ad hoc requests --Process payroll journal entries and accruals --Process commissions --Set up of new employees, manage the ADP Workforce Now, maintains the system for up to date and accurate system --Assists with recruiting, interviewing and hiring personnel --Coordinates the updating of job descriptions, received and reviews job descriptions from department managers --Conducts new employee orientation
--3+ years of experience specifically with ADP Workforce now --A complete understanding of the full payroll process from entering an employee in the system through processing commissions --Proven experience with understanding the benefits process, including employment and enrollment forms --Exposure to general Human Resources functions, which include on-boarding, new hire orientation, explanation of benefits and recruiting
