Overview:
Job Profile Summary

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Business Partner, the ideal candidate for this position acts as a liaison to all facility employees by providing excellent customer service in the areas of Human Resources, Payroll, and Employee Relations.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • High level of proficiency in MS Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Easy adaptability to other computer technical skills

  • Maintain the HRIS database and generates scheduled or requested reports to assist management

  • Periodically audit the HRIS database to ensure accuracy

  • Assist in the development and updating of the Human Resources personnel records

  • Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner

  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements; I-9 forms, background checks, etc.

  • Experience with Automated Data Processing (ADP) a plus

  • Answer, screen and direct telephone calls and takes appropriate action with a high level of professionalism

  • Maintain attendance records for all employees (manual and computerized)

  • Maintain content on BHTV

  • Maintain a Current Introductory Roster.

  • Act as liaison between employees and payroll

  • Assist in the employment process by conducting interviews, orientations, and training sessions

  • File and provide clerical support to the Human Resources Manager and staff.

  • Respond to employee verifications in a timely manner

  • Maintain Rewards Program/Employee Recognition database

  • Assists with open enrollment meetings for employee benefits

  • Maintain employee locker system

  • Compose correspondence and reports for management as necessary.

  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, supervisors, and managers

  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, supervisors and managers

  • Assist with events and special projects as directed by manager

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Education equivalent to High School Diploma plus specialized training equivalent to two years of college

  • Two to three years of experience serving in a Human Resources related role

  • One to two years of experience serving in a payroll function

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to extreme cold. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals. Job Description: Responsibilities: * Responsible for performing tasks as assigned by Department Supervisor which may include: detailed cleaning of the facility, maintain cleanliness of common areas including break room and bathrooms, post-op cleaning of facility, detailed cleaning assignments as assigned, and any other duties as needed * Responsible for ensuring the sanitary specifications of the equipment and facility are obtained. * Must be able to understand the proper use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning procedures to work in an efficient yet effective manner. * Must be able to work as a team player with other employees in the Sanitation and Production departments. * Must use proper personal protective equipment. * Must be able to be flexible with varying job assignments and working conditions. * Responsible for following plant rules and working conditions as it pertains the GMP's and clean equipment criteria. Qualifications: * No prior experience or training required. * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. * Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. * Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. * Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
