This is a temporary position offering 40 hrs/wk. Assignment runs from date of hire through 12/31/18.
This role will provide administrative and project support to the Global Compliance team. The role requires proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel PowerPoint and Word. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with document production to include, drafting, editing, copying
Coordinate and schedule all travel, hotel, airport transfers
Process expense reports
Create/set up all new matters in Law Manager
Add new documents to Law Manager
Track and maintain training course rosters
Track Business Conduct Guide booklets and pamphlets
Support BDO staff who are working here at HQ
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; 1 years experience as an administrative assistant or related professional area.
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 years experience as an administrative assistant or related professional area.
Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
Knowledge of basic functions of a word processing software package.
