The Senior Director, Business Consulting is a key member of the BMSC Brand Consulting organization that provides business consultancy services to the global brand organization within Marriott International organization. The position, reporting into Senior Director, Business Consultancy, will be responsible for working within the brand organization with a focus on the JW and St. Regis brands to produce results on consulting engagements by delivery services which may include: 1) formulating strategy and business prioritization 2) product and service innovation 3) business transformation 4) people and organizational planning 5) data/analytics and risk management.
The position will actively collaborate with clients (JW and St. Regis) which may include Senior Executives and Vice Presidents for any department/business within Marriott International. This position will both lead consulting efforts as the Program Manager as well as support and partner with supervisors and team members such in larger, more complex consulting effort to create solutions, drive desired results and establish change management efforts. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage and execute on multiple priorities at the same time. Experience conducting industry research and analysis, re engineering business processes, program management, activation planning, change management and measurement are desired. We anticipate this role lasting 6-12 months
4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting related to sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
