Richmar Associates Inc., providing excellent staffing services to the San Francisco Bay Area for over 40 years is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to help out in our small but very busy office located in Santa Clara, CA. We are looking for a well-rounded individual who has at least 5 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits.
Must enjoy working with people and have an excellent attention to detail.
Duties Include but not limited to:
Payroll:
Audit Timecards
Process Payroll
Invoicing
Benefits:
Cobra Management
Employee Eligibility
Monthly Billing and Reporting
Communication/Legal updates -- FMLA, Sick Pay, etc.
Workers Comp
Staffing Support:
Data Entry -- new hires/terms
Employment Verifications
Customer Reports -- weekly/monthly
I-9 Management -- Identify employment authorization cards that have expired
Accounting Support:
A/P - Payroll Taxes, Bills
Garnishments
Collections
Credit Verifications -- New Customers
A/R -- Bank Deposit, Data Entry into company employee management system

Requirements:
Associates Degree and at least 5 years of experience working in Payroll/Benefits/HR.
Excellent people skills
Experience with benefits administration
Experience with Staffing procedures and documents
Expertise with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
Accounting skills and or Accounts Payable/Receivable a plus

The Role: IT Network/ Systems Administrator The Network/Systems Administrator will be primarily responsible for the deployment, maintenance and configuration of a broad array of IT systems. The main systems include, but are not limited to, Cisco routers and switches, Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Active Directory, VMware, and Window servers. The primary areas of responsibility are LAN and WAN support, wireless network support, software/hardware upgrades, patch management, VoIP system management (8x8/Polycom), and video conferencing. The ideal candidate has experience working on a small and efficient IT team. You are comfortable supporting both networks and systems. This position will work closely with the senior members of the team to support and implement IT services. Responsibilities: * Responsible for the support and uptime of the corporate network. (VPN tunnels, Wi-Fi, Edge network devices, routers and switches) * Responsible for the support of on premise and cloud-based servers. (i.e. Amazon Web Services) * Responsible for maintaining the configurations of multiple firewalls, upgrade office firewalls to a new platform and vendor * In partnership with the facilities department, architect and assist in building out new buildings/offices related to moves, infrastructure upgrades for our global offices * Perform Microsoft Windows system administration and maintenance * Experience maintaining Active Directory * Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting language. * Evaluate, test and implement vendor patches/upgrades for various hardware and software * Perform monitoring and tuning of systems to achieve optimum performance levels * Conduct hardware and software reviews of systems to ensure compliance with established policies, standards and configuration guidelines * Maintain global Cisco Telepresence (video conferencing system) backend applications, i.e. call manager. (Routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, telepresence) * Experience supporting wireless networks using Cisco Meraki and Aironet. * Experience working with Palo Alto Networks firewalls (Panorama, Global Protect, URL filtering,) * Experience with VMware virtualization. * Experience with Cisco Telepresence and Call manager * Experience with DNS and DHCP. * Experience supporting BGP, OSPF, HSRP, STP, IPSEC. * Experience supporting Windows 2008r2/2012r2/2016 servers * Knowledge of Active Directory * Knowledge of Exchange 2013/2016 / Exchange Sync * Knowledge of MS Office 365 * CCNA certification a plus.
