Payroll/Accounting Intern

General Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented. Payroll Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in payroll processing and administration, offering valuable insights into the financial operations of our organization. If you are passionate about numbers, detail-oriented, and looking to kickstart your career in payroll, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing payroll for employees accurately and

• Validate timekeeping records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and

• Support in preparing and distributing payroll reports to

• Help with data entry and maintenance of employee payroll

• Collaborate with the HR, Accounting and Finance teams.

• Respond to payroll inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding payroll

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and

• Learn and utilize payroll software and systems

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office

• Good communication and interpersonal

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of payroll
