Payroll Staff

In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll for our clients. You will ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, handle payroll inquiries, and maintain payroll records. Additionally, you will assist with payroll tax calculations, deductions, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll information accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues
• Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as required
• Assist with payroll tax calculations and deductions
• Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing or related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
• Experience with payroll software and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits
