A minimum of 3 years experience processing payroll from data entry to direct deposit.
Bachelors degree in accounting or related field and/or a combination of education and experience that meets job requirements.
Experience with monthly, quarterly and annual filing requirements for PSERS, FICA, Federal, State and Local taxes.
Must have excellent math and computer skills.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently in order to meet bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually required deadlines.
Previous payroll experience in a school district preferred.
Experience with eFinance software a plus.

This position will be the payroll specialist for the School District of Springfield Township.
Terms of employment:
Full-time, 12 month position to begin as soon as possible in accordance with the terms and conditions of the confidential agreement.
