Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable transactions by using accounting software and other programs

• Support the Project Management team by being a liaison between them and Accounting

• Prepare payroll -

• Review timesheets for accurate project coding

• Ensure all extra pay items are correct and coded appropriately

• Input any miscellaneous deductions into pay statement

• Review payroll changes and guarantee changes are accurately made within payroll system

• Sync payroll general ledger and timesheets to accounting software

• 401k reporting

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Accounting degree or equivalent experience

• 3 + years of experience

• Ability to learn different software systems and interfaces between transactions systems.

• Ability to stay highly organized and balance multiple tasks.

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Valid driver's license

• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
