DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the Financial Services Department in a professional and courteous manner at all levels of the company
  • Manage large workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Understand proper multi state taxation of employer paid benefits
  • Perform other related duties and/or special projects as directed by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1-3 year of payroll experience.
  • Prior healthcare payroll experience working in a formal payroll system preferred; for example (UKG, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, UltiPro, Paycom, ADP).
  • Experience in Excel Pivot Tables and V-look up
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred but not required.
  • Experience in large volume payroll requirements.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and accurately
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
  • Ability to handle stress appropriately
  • Resolution Research Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of keyboarding, personal computers, and Microsoft Office (including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Professional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
  • Be reliable, have a great attitude, and possess a strong work-ethic
