The Payroll Specialist II will perform all duties of Payroll Specialist and other duties including balancing and controlling earnings and deduction totals, calculating and preparing general ledger entries, preparing accounting transactions and documents, inspecting automated system output reports, gathering payroll data for inclusion in financial statements and researching and preparing special reports for management.

Experience: 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
Education & Certifications: Bachelor's Degree with Accounting, Finance Field of Study preferred. Associate Degree with Accounting, Finance and/or Equivalent Work Experience field of study required.
Other Education / Certifications: FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certificate) designation preferred
Working Conditions: Professional, office environment.
