Job Overview: This position is responsible for the administration of the day-to-day payroll operations and accuracy of the payroll systems to deliver bi-weekly payrolls to all Deaconess employees.# The Payroll Specialist II will conduct a wide variety of payroll related processing and activities for multiple types of regular and special payrolls. Will also act as a primary point of contact with employees for payroll questions and issues.# May also support the financial needs of all of the other hospital departments as assigned by Management.# Requirements Knowledge of Accounting software, Human Resource systems, Payroll systems, and Microsoft Office including advanced formula functions (VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc) Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality of employee data and established data systems Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills with high level of professionalism and discretion
