A Day in the Life

The payroll team is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a 8 month contract to temporary cover for two of our entities.

This role will work closely with PeopleOps, Accounting and Benefits on payroll-related matters, as well as interact closely with the accounting team to complete all month-end/close related tasks.

The Impact You'll Make

• Processing payroll for two US entities, including new hire entry, employee changes, entering and uploading payroll data, reconciling payroll, validating data

• Ensure compliant with payroll tax reporting and withholding responsibilities

• Responsible for processing off cycle manual payroll calculations/transmittals

• Audit and review hourly time sheets and system uploads

• Processing the reporting of stock transactions, including ISO, NQ, RSU and ESPP in the payroll system

• Support month-end close for questions from the Sr. GL Payroll Accountant

• Perform account/benefits reconciliations

• Monitor integrations from Workday HRIS into ADP, Fidelity and Navia systems

• Assist employees and managers with payroll related matters

• Other payroll related duties/projects may be assigned

Who You Are

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience

• Possess a working knowledge of payroll-related requirements and regulations

• Attentive to details and high degree of accuracy and attention

• Ability to organize and prioritize deadlines

• Maintaining confidentiality in all assignments and in all information obtained

• Knowledge in Workday, ADP Workforcenow, Fidelity, Navia

• Good working knowledge in Microsoft business suite, excel

• Good verbal and written communications

• Bachelor's degree (a plus)

AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.

US base pay range (total compensation package will be commensurate with experience)

$62,000-$96,000 USD
