May perform one or more of the following:
Responds promptly to inquiries from various Conduent and client teams for technical assistance.
Plans, designs, develops and tests SQL queries and ADPR reports.
Assists with benefits support.
Troubleshoots issues with Microsoft Access databases and SQR programs used to support payroll.
Investigates and troubleshoots technical payroll problems reported by other teams.
Interfaces with clients and vendors to facilitate client's production payroll processing.
Participates in formal testing and running of payroll systems.
Uses industry standard quality concepts to implement continuous process improvements.
All other duties as assigned.
At least 2 years of previous payroll experience required.
Techical experience required.
Must have previously worked with Access and SQL.
Ideal candidate has previous benefits experience, Oracle, and ADPR experience.
Acess programming experience preferred.
