Payroll Processor

Job Description Job Description Job Advertisement: RMI is seeking personable, dependable and mature individuals to process multiple payrolls.

Primary duties include: maintaining client and employee files; processing multiple-state payrolls; assisting client owners and employees with payroll related questions; calculating and withholding garnishments; tracking paid leave accruals; and calculating pay changes and retro payments. Candidates must be experienced in accounting and/or processing payroll or related education. Must be detail-oriented, professional, dependable and have excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. Must have excellent spreadsheet, word processing and 10-key skills.This is a non-smoking company located in downtown Salt Lake City.
