Make an impact

The Payroll Processor will provide support for all payroll related functions within our company. The payroll processor will maintain all payroll-related accounts and be responsible for maintaining the relationships with our employees and managers. Accurately charge the proper general ledger account and charge subsequent departments or funds.

• Review timecards for accuracy, tax set up and garnishments.

• Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation

• Answer Managers' questions regarding payroll related items

• Perform periodic internal audits of various payroll areas

• Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

What you should Bring

• Knowledge and experience with accounting and payroll principles, procedures, labor and tax laws

• Experience working with Workday

• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Including Word and Excel

• Detail oriented with excellent office skills including typing and proofreading

• Ability to represent company in a professional manner
