Position Summary:
Responsible for the daily activities related to the processing and control of multiple weekly union and non-union payrolls, control, disbursement and reporting of employees authorized and/or legally mandated payroll deductions. Health and Welfare, Dues calculations and reporting to union.
Assist end users in time entry, approval and processing of employee hours in the company integrated time and attendance system. Provide assistance to various departments in analyzing payroll and general ledger activity as well as other inquiries or questions regarding payroll and payroll expenses/liabilities. Handle special projects as assigned as well as assist in testing and verifying new computerized payroll enhancements for accurate functionality.
Create and run various reports used for disbursements of voluntary and involuntary payroll deductions to various vendors, tracking of various payroll data for auditing and payroll compliance with various union agreements and labor law.

Essential Duties:
Process weekly payroll for employees. Process various reports and queries that are used for year-end reporting, audits and on-going payroll research. Maintain and update employee payroll records for deductions, taxes, direct deposit, garnishments, union dues, etc.
Responsible for year-end processing including reconciliation, processing/distributing W-2s, processing special payments/adjustments. Responsible for processing tips within payroll as well as processing retroactive payrolls and off-cycle paychecks.

Must have an analytical thought process. Ability to communicate ideas effectively. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
Ability to understand and comply with all company safety policies and their requirements. Ability to review and revise audits to ensure accuracy.

Work/Educational Experience:
Must have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and implement policies.
Ability to professionally interact with all levels of management.
Successfully demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under deadline pressure, the ability to work well independently and as part of a team and the ability to handle confidential matters using sound judgment and discretion.
Must have prior experience processing payroll within a union environment and filing paying tax deposits for multiple FEINs.
Understanding of industry payroll practices including (Tokes, Commission Bonuses and Auto Grat and Gaming Industry Tip Compliance Agreement (GITCA). Successfully demonstrate experience working with Ceridian Latitude/Dayforce or similar system.
Should possess strong knowledge of general accounting, payroll tax, legal and accounting requirements related to Payroll administration as well as internal processes related to Payroll administration.
Must have excellent PC (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook), calculator and computerized integrated payroll system skills.
Must have 3-5 years relevant experience in Payroll administration (Ceridian a plus). Minimum of 18 years old and must be able to obtain appropriate license pursuant to New York State.

As a Delivery Coordinator, this means: * Coordinating and supporting deliveries from beginning to end, serving as the expert for answering questions and solving problems related to deliveries. * Tracking and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered. * Gathering detailed information from customers and conducting safety reviews. The Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role as gatekeeper and final reviewer of every delivery to ensure our drivers have the necessary information to make a safe delivery and that the needs of our customer have been met. Although some time will be spent physically helping with deliveries, time will also be spent within the system tracking and looking up item availability for deliveries. To be successful, the associate must maintain strong customer, colleague, and vendor relationships, and have a strong knowledge of safety protocols and proper delivery procedures. Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores. What We're Looking For * Hourly Full Time or Part Time: Generally scheduled 39 to 40 or up to 25 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store. * Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week. * Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. * Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance. What You Need To Succeed Minimum Qualifications * 6 months of delivery experience, for example in a warehouse or retail environment OR 6 months of retail customer service experience. * Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction). Preferred Qualifications * 1 year of experience working in a retail store OR customer service position. * 3 months of experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment. * 2 years of experience following up on outstanding or incomplete customer orders, sales, deliveries, or installs. If the state or local municipality requires a salesperson license for this position, you must either be licensed or pass the requisite licensing exam within sixty (60) days of starting employment in this position.
