Key Areas of Responsibility
Process third party payroll related requests such as child support, wage garnishments and income verifications.
Ensures SOX compliance including maintaining required documentation required for key employee changes such as new hires, terminations and rate changes.
Performs ADP hourly employee time card audits.
Calculates all incentive and variable pay adjustments for hourly employees on a biweekly basis.
Assists with monthly financial reporting requirements including journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations.
Process cash receipts and deposits.
Maintains confidentiality in regards to company financial data.
Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Profile & Core Competencies
2 years relevant work experience
Associate's degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of financial procedures and policies
Experience with JDE and ADP preferred
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Able to work in a team environment
Vision is required to read instructions, interpret data and formulate metrics
Hearing is required to hear instructions and receive information
