  • Carry out clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc

  • Construct and run custom reports

  • Administer instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.

  • Collect and enter data into spreadsheets and the payroll system

  • Manage communications with employees on timesheet approvals

  • Devise a system of administering and distributing reports

  • Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system


  • Less than one year of experience

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Skilled in Payroll software

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel

  • Command of data entry

  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

  • Eagerness to master new systems

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

VIEW JOBS 1/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-10T00:00 Responsibilities: The Manager, Sr. Payroll systems will lead the implementation and ongoing patch work for the Oracle Systems integration and is responsible for providing support to business users in the Payroll area. This encompasses understanding the business requirements to properly document and communicate the design to Information Technology. The Sr. Manager should have an understanding of accounting concepts to assist with design or remediate issues when discovered by the business. Lead will work closely with business users and IT support teams to support PeopleSoft / Oracle systems, reporting solutions and business process definition and improvement. The Sr. Manager will also be responsible to indirectly lead and manage Contractor resources on assigned projects to ensure the work is produced as required. Must have expertise in project management methods to coordinate all HR, Accounting and IT teams to the completion of our critical projects. The Sr. Manager is expected to have functional and technical knowledge of the PeopleSoft/Oracle systems to provide guidance on defect resolution or new functionality design to the business process owners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Background in Accounting or knowledge of accounting systems 5-7 years experience with key business processes for large corporate retail with Legacy systems (high volume transactions, etc). 5-7 years supporting PeopleSoft/Oracle HCM modules that are highly interfaced to outside systems. 5-7 years experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle HCM modules, such as Payroll, HR, Base Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management (PS9.1 / Cloud V13 or above). 5-7 years experience with Oracle AIM methodology that includes gathering business requirements, designing business process flow diagrams, creating functional design documentation, and confirming technical design documents. At least 1 full cycle HCM implementation experience.
