One of our clients is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join their dynamic, fast-growing team! As the Payroll Clerk you should have the ability to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers.

Prepare off-cycle payments as needed for terminations or other special payments ? Prepare data for reporting requirements ? Perform Month/Quarter/Year End activities, including balancing/auditing all tax filings ? Prepare details for Payroll Accountant(s)? journal entries to include all payroll transactions ? Assist Payroll Accountant(s) in resolving reconciling items on the payroll general ledger accounts ? Participate in project work as needed to support business process improvements, process changes, interfaces, etc. Please send your resume to for consideration.
? 5+ years payroll experience, Accounting, Finance or related experience ? Strong Microsoft Office skills ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening) ? Great attention to detail ? Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills ? ADP and/or PeopleSoft experience ? Ability to easily learn new systems
