This position will function as a Full-Time Domestic payroll Business Analyst. This position will be responsible for writing functional requirements, developing test plans, and working with production issues. This desired candidate must be able to work with developers to ensure requirements are being met. The desired candidate will also be required to work with customers and leadership on content, processes, procedures associated with implementing enterprise payroll applications, and must be an analytical thinker capable of trouble shooting and solving payroll issues.
The job duties and day to day function will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into Peoplesoft.
Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Assists payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Able to work with general supervision
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft Payroll/HR Experience
Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
Demonstrated use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in payroll
Demonstrated experience with in-house payroll processing experience
