The Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources Business Centers are a cohesive team that provide professional service, efficient resource management, and effective solution development with integrity, accountability and focus on the customer. This position is located on UNL's East Campus, home to the beautiful Maxwell Arboretum, the UNL Dairy Store, and plenty of parking.
As a Payroll Associate, you will:
Serve in a customer-facing role and be responsible for ensuring payroll related personnel actions are completed in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with all applicable institutional, UNL, State, and Federal regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Primarily executes routine payroll transactions and provides departmental human resource-related support in a subsidiary capacity.
Work closely with employees within the departments served, as well as functional office staff, providing a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Function under close supervision and be expected utilize technology to provide professional services.
