We are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits Supervisor for a key client of ours in the Mandeville area. As the Payroll and Benefits Supervisor, you will lead the payroll and benefits function for our client's organization, coordinate the processing of payroll (some international), as well as be in a lead position for Benefits.

This client is extremely strong, stable, and has outstanding leadership within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree
• Up to 3 years experience in a Payroll and Benefits role (non-managerial) as Analyst or Administrator
• Supervisor experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Can handle confidential information
• Strong Excel user
• Must be commutable distance to Mandeville, LA area
• Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
