Become an integral part of the Pluralsight Finance & Accounting team. We are seeking a Payroll Analyst who is committed to Pluralsight's mission to democratize technology learning. As a key member of the Payroll team you will support payroll administration globally, collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, play an important role in our stock plan and work closely with team members in finance & accounting. The ideal candidate is a self starter, possesses an acute eye for detail, thrives in a dynamic environment and communicates clearly.

What you'll own:
Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll timely and accurately
Assist with monthly international payroll submission
Compile, enter and reconcile data entry associated with payroll
Ensure that new hire and termination information in the system is accurate
Transmit payments for payroll tax withholdings, 401K contributions, garnishments, and all other withholdings to appropriate agencies or service providers in accordance with statutory due dates
Review and maintain court-ordered withholdings
Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls and advise of potential areas of improvement in the control environment
Support the Finance team by providing requested reports and ad-hoc requests
Track and resolve various tax notices
Payroll recording for stock vesting processing payrolls for equity releases and associated tax payments
Coordinating the reconciliation of ESPP and equity compensation with the stock administration and corporate accounting teams
US and International Payroll related accruals (payroll services, expatriates, payroll taxes, ad hoc payroll and stock journals)
Review appropriate wage base limits in system
Test new configuration and bug fixes in the Workday tenant for in house payrolls
Experience you'll need:
3+ years accounting, finance, tax, or payroll experience
Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field of study
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all payroll records
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong understanding of reconciliation process preferred
Proficiency in Excel required
Workday experience preferred
Attention to detail and strong analytical problem solving skills
