  • Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages as part of report preparation

  • Provide assistance as necessary for all internal and external audits related to payroll

  • Report needed changes after maintaining payroll operations according to established policies and procedures

  • Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information

  • Establish payroll liabilities after calculating all employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer social security, unemployment, and worker compensation payments

  • Manage employee deductions and other liabilities

  • Maintaining employee confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping information confidential

  • Managing payroll information by keeping proper records for collecting, calculating, and entering data

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Maintain all updates of payroll records by tracking changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers

  • Preparing relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports for circulation to department heads

  • Manage and review, including verify, source documents

  • Using federal and state regulations and guidelines, ensure company compliance

  • Take charge of all questions and requests related to payroll


  • Well-informed in basic accounting principles and solid financial acumen

  • Demonstrated analytical abilities, tendency to quickly connect dots and surmise logical outcomes

  • Expertise with internal controls

  • Prior experience working with high volume multi-state payroll, billing, licensing, AP, etc.

  • Prior experience using accounting software

  • Knowledgeable about federal and state payroll regulations and requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in payroll

  • Payroll experience

  • Microsoft Excel experience highly desired

  • HR compliance experience required

  • Solid understanding of ADP Online

  • Data entry experience preferred

  • Adeptness in QuickBooks

  • Demonstrated knowledge of email

  • Preference will be given to Certified Payroll Professional

The Administrator is responsible for the successful day to day operation of the center. Responsibilities: * Assure that the center is in compliance with and has knowledge of all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and receives continuing certification from all statutory and regulatory agencies. * Plan/coordinate patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing levels. and approve effective and efficient staffing to meet the needs of patients, while meeting regulations. * Assure that appropriate staff meetings, in-service education meetings, and team patient care planning meetings are held monthly. Leads and assures that Quality Assurance Program is current at all times. Ensure governing body is compliant and up to date. * Promote quality management program through education and involvement of staff and patients in outcomes as well as overall responsibility to achieve corporate goals for quality. * Maintain effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel; approving payroll and counseling and disciplining employees. * Maintain collaborative working relationship with Medical Director and physicians. * Continuously monitor to ensure that a safe and sanitary physical environment is maintained throughout the facility; that all equipment is maintained and functioning. properly; and that adequate and appropriate inventory levels of all supplies are available and used correctly. * Assume all Charge Nurse responsibilities in facilities which do not staff these positions. Requirements: * Current licensure as an R.N. in the applicable state. * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. * Confirmation of the ability to distinguish all primary colors. * 12 months experience in clinical nursing and an additional 6 months experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
