Orlando company is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The company is looking for a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist will include, but not limited to the following. -- Process payrolls accurately and timely for weekly and semi payrolls and off cycle bonus payrolls. -- Ensure accuracy of all payroll information entered in the system -- Prepare and pay all payroll taxes accurately and timely -- Reconcile payroll posting to general ledger, research any differences, and clear accounts -- Process certified payrolls each week including checking and correcting any errors before sending -- Input and release wage garnishments in payroll system -- Process employment verifications -- Research and resolve employee payroll related issues -- Assist with other projects and responsibilities as required For immediate consideration, please send your resume to Andy Poquette, Recruiting Manager, at or call .
