Process payroll for assigned employees timely and accurately.
Enter all Employee Status Forms that are provided by the Human Resource department into UltiPro in a timely manner with pay date cut off periods in mind.
Verify and establish direct deposit for employees that have provided the appropriate documentation.
Generate commission summary sheets for specified payroll periods for all field and sales staff to review prior to processing for payment.
Compile time sheets, commission change and correction forms supplied by field offices into appropriate regional packets and review for accuracy.
Research all commission changes or corrections by using UltiPro software and other reports.
Generate payroll import file to upload all reviewed and approved payroll data into UltiPro Software.
Review pre-check reports to verify the accuracy of the data that was uploaded
Sort and distribute paychecks with required back up documentation in the distribution mode that is established for the assigned regions.
Process manual checks for corrections and adjustments as needed.
Provide reliable and polite customer service to all employees.
Must be available by phone and email to answer inquiries from employees, their supervisors or Regional Managers during working hours.
Answers provided must be timely and accurate with sensitivity and understanding of how important it is for every employee to have the correct pay and fully understand what they are to be paid and when.
Each member of the payroll team must maintain a high level of confidentiality in regards to all information that pertains to employees, their financial situations and compensation information.
