We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience with Costpoint and a strong background in payroll processing for a large workforce. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing payroll operations for approximately 500 employees, including processing payroll, managing garnishments, overseeing time management systems, and providing support during audits.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Processing
Manage the end-to-end payroll process using Costpoint software.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
Review and verify payroll data, including salaries, deductions, and overtime.
Garnishments Management
Handle all aspects of employee garnishments, including processing and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Coordinate with HR and legal teams on garnishment-related matters.
Time Management
Oversee time and attendance systems to ensure accuracy of employee hours worked.
Address any discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping.
Audit Support
Provide support during internal and external audits related to payroll.
Prepare relevant documentation and respond to auditor inquiries.
Compliance
Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Implement best practices for payroll processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in Costpoint software is required.
Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
