Job Description Job Description Job description We are seeking a meticulous and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the payroll department.
Your attention to detail and proficiency in record-keeping will contribute to the smooth functioning of our payroll processes. Responsibilities Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, rehires, terminations, rate changes, and benefit adjustments. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Data Entry and Verification : Input employee information into the payroll system. Verify the accuracy of data entries. Compliance and Documentation : Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to employee records.
Prepare necessary documentation for audits or reporting. Collaboration : Work closely with the payroll team, supervisor, and manager to ensure seamless operations. Requirements and Skills Work Experience : Previous experience in high volume data entry or a similar administrative role.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping. Familiarity with payroll software experience with Paylocity or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) is a plus. Attention to Detail : Accuracy and thoroughness in managing records.
