Payments Representative

Job Description:

Let's get to business! We are looking for Payments/Collections Representatives for our Operations Center in the Greater Knoxville Area. This role is currently a work-at-home remote opportunity with occasional visits to our office.

What you'll do

• Assist customers, through different communication channels (phone or emails), who have fallen behind on their payments and help get them current

• Listen and analyze the situation in order to provide the best payment solution

• Process payments, set up payment plans, and negotiate account settlements
