The Pay/Bill Audit Analyst performs duties for the Financial Shared Services organization of Kelly Services. This is an in-house position at Kelly's World headquarters in Troy.

Basic Functions:

  • Position includes performing an audit review process specific to the Pay/Bill Audit Department within the FSS organization to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of identified pay/bill discrepancies to maximize Kelly's revenue and profit

  • This position requires the ability to perform in-depth research utilizing multiple Kelly business systems and VMS tools to determine appropriate resolution for pay/bill discrepancies and communicate issue to the appropriate business unit for corrective action

  • The Analyst functions in a high-volume environment which requires efficiency and strong organizational skills

  • The person in this position will be expected to recommend process improvements to create efficiencies in the audit process or suggestion changes within a process outside of Pay/Bill Audit that have a negative effect on the audit process

  • Collaborate with management on system issues that affect the pay/bill process

  • Ability to work independently with people of multiple grade levels throughout Kelly Services as well as external customers

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete audit review of unmatched Pay/Bill Code Analysis reports timely and accurately within the department SLA (Service Level Agreement) with FSS management

  • Ensure weekly audit deadlines are met

  • Create weekly review reports (Including key control reports for audit review)

  • Create Ad Hoc push report as needed

  • Provide updates to task instructions and reference materials for the department

  • Comply with Sarbanes Oxley and Internal Audit department requirements

  • Participate in testing of new system implementations or fixes when appropriate


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 3-4 years' experience in Business, Accounts Receivable, Billing or Payroll

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, PeopleSoft and VMS Tools highly preferred

RBs are also trained in cash transactions and may be asked to process these transactions both accurately and efficiently when needed.
