Pattern Hauler

Buck Company, located in Quarryville, PA, is searching for a motivated, dependable, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Pattern Hauler. As a Pattern Hauler, you will take ownership of and maintain the pattern storage area, keeping it clean and organized, as well as oversee the transfer of patterns to and from the production area. Responsibilities:

• Transfer patterns from the storage area to the production area and back to storage.

• Operate equipment to transport patterns from one area to the next.

• Inspect tooling for damage and follow process instructions for special requirements in the molding process.

• Follow the production schedule to deliver tooling to the production area in the correct time frame.

• Lift patterns weighing up to 120 lbs.

• Maintain pattern vaults in an orderly manner.

Competencies:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must be able to efficiently work within a team based environment

• Ability to comprehend instructions and accept coaching and mentoring

• Ability to safely and successfully perform job functions consistent with Buck Company safety policy

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a non-climate controlled environment

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to all team members
