Full Time, Day shift, 7A to 7P. Weekend and holiday requirements
What You Will Do:
Act as a liaison between guests, staff and patients to respond to patient and guest information inquiries.
Receive, screen, route and/or respond to all incoming inquiries for information, directions or concerns.
Receive guest suggestions and complaints and escalate through proper channels.
Provide patient information in compliance with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and organizational privacy policies.
Identify and report issues of safety and maintenance.
Assist in improving patient satisfaction while keeping volunteer office management informed of potential problems. Anticipate family's needs and resolve issues before they become major source of concern.
