We are bringing innovation to a stagnant industry and are looking for a compassionate and customer service focused Patient Transportation Coordinator to join us on our mission to improve patient care.

As a Patient Transportation Coordinator, you are the face of Ambulnz and play a crucial role in interacting with prospective patients to inform them of the life-changing transportation service Ambulnz can provide for them.

As the Patient Transportation Coordinator you will:

  • Successfully educate patients of Ambulnz through in-person consultations

  • Become an expert in Ambulnz to quickly suit patient needs

  • Work closely with medical facilities to serve as an information hub for Ambulnz as needed

  • Set up company table with educational brochures and pamphlets

  • Actively formulate new strategies to reach out to new potential patients

  • Own and manage a pipeline of patient information

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals with conversion of patients, on-time compliance and patient satisfaction


To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required:

  • 1 year experience working in an EMT or Paramedic role preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be willing to travel to medical facilities daily

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry

Responsibilities We are currently seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join our growing team! In this position, you will focus on supporting our customers by handling their non-technical report revisions. This position requires effective communication and collaboration with internal and external customers, strong organization and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. It is our goal to meet and exceed our client's expectations and provide a quick turnaround. Our ideal candidate will also be team oriented, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and workloads. Additionally, you will be responsible for: * Independently manages execution and timely completion of basic engineering projects such as Corrections, Transfers and File Reinstatements by analyzing project scope and determining project specifications. * Assist Engineering with product safety projects involving certification by handling administrative tasks in FLEX, and preparing reports for clients. * Determine project scope, develop a preliminary plan of investigation, and determine project specifications by analyzing client input, available supplemental data, and product construction. * Understand UL file structure, terminology and systems needed for project handling such as: Flex, ECM, DMS, Workbench, PCD, IFVS, Willow, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Learn new systems and tools as needed. * Coordinate administrative aspects of project management. Serve as Project Handler of record as assigned. * Communicate project status and results to clients through frequent contact via phone and email. * Integrate continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job. * Manage key customer relationships and maintain special handling requirements as needed for each customer. * Perform other duties as directed. Qualifications * High School Diploma (or equivalent). * Minimum 1 year directly related experience. * Basic knowledge of UL objectives and structure and the ability to apply knowledge of UL services, policies and procedures. * Basic computer and technological skills, including software such as MS Office programs. * Working knowledge of Flex, ECM, DMS, Workbench, PCD, IFVS, and Willow is a plus.
