Providence is calling a Patient Services Tech, Per Diem, Evening 3p-11p Shift to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA.
In this position you will:
Required qualifications for this position include:
Completion of Medical Terminology course required or successful completion of hospital medical terminology test within 90 days of hire
One year recent experience as a Unit Secretary or equivalent position/experience
Proficient in Medical Terminology and/or take a class within 90 days of employment
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Proficient in English both written and verbally
