DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
In fall 2024 our Rheumatology Clinic and Allergy Clinic will combine into one multidisciplinary, state-of-the-art practice. Our Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology Clinic will specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of auto-immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus and other inflammatory illnesses. Our clinic will also provide specialized consultations for asthma, food and drug allergies, and immunodeficiency disorders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduation or equivalent AND
One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience
OR
An equivalent combination of education/experience
