Summary:
## Responsible for greeting patients, checking in and checking out patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, scheduling tests and procedures, entering referrals, filing and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
# ######### High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum one year experience in a customer service position preferred

Knowledge of reception tasks


, clinic policies/procedures, paperwork.


Strong written and verbal


/communication skills required.


Familiarity with common Windows based office software applications preferred

Requirements Job summary: The Client Services Representative will build and maintain relationships with customers; perform research on orders, perform analysis and problem-solving services; and conduct professional and technical communications. This position coordinates customer updates, billing and marketing of programs to key accounts Duties/responsibilities: * Provide optimal customer care assuring all activities are conducted in accordance with company policy. * Communicate with customers via phone and, email and faxattend on-site meetings, both at the customer site and at Masy. * Keep abreast of new company services and provide product and services information to the customer. * Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. * Liaise with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure billing is processed accurately. * Isolate and identify operational areas of improvement. * Work closely with Bio Operations and Operations Support to resolve complex customer inquiries. * Work with management on department initiatives. Education/Experience requirements: * Relevant bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Able to develop customer product knowledge * Results Driven Additional experience/skills: * Strong time management and problem solving skills * Honesty, integrity and confidentiality * Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation * Detail oriented * GMP and ISO 9001 familiarity * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office. * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
