The Oregon Clinic is seeking an experienced Patient Services Representative to join our Plastic Surgery Division on a full-time basis. This position will work at our Providence St. Vincent Medical Center location in SW Portland. We are searching for a self-starter with a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and customer-focused work ethic. Responsibilities include checking in patients, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phones, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of medical front office experience. Candidates must have the ability to multitask and be able to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced office. Starting pay range, based on experience: $14.34 - $17.92

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of medical front office experience preferred

  • Prior experience with Centricity preferred

  • Excellent phone skills and customer service skills

  • Excellent attendance and work ethic

  • Positive attitude and desire to be a team player

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff and providers

The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full time (M-F from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.) Patient Services Representative to join our Gastrointestinal & Minimally Invasive Surgery clinic located in NE Portland at the Providence Portland Cancer Center Tower. We are searching for an experienced and reliable candidate with a friendly demeanor, a can-do attitude, and customer-focused work ethic. This is a unique opportunity within our clinic to work specifically with a group of specialized surgeons whose focus is esophageal and stomach surgery. Responsibilities include answering a high volume of incoming calls, processing incoming referrals, scheduling specialized diagnostic testing, obtaining and completing insurance information and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of medical office experience. If you have the ability to multitask, be a team player, have great communication skills, and are able to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced office - this is the position for you!
