This position is responsible for answering patient calls and researching and resolving issues in order to receive maximum profitability for clients. Reviews claims to make sure that payer specific billing requirements are met, follows-up on billing, determines and applies appropriate adjustments, answers inquiries, and updates accounts as necessary.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years work experience

Critical Skills:

  • Healthcare and/or Insurance billing or processing and customer service preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Emergency Medicine professional billing experience

NOTE: Required Working Hours: 11am-8pm

Preferred Skills

Ability to train others and answer questions of co-workers if needed.

Education/Training High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Assists guests at all times; responds to guest requests with diligent follow through. Job functions include empowerment to resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process.
