Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Patient Services Manager to lead our Guest Experience Team NEXDINE Hospitalitys Healthcare vertical. Be involved in elevating patients experience and overal satisfaction with dining services.

Essential Functions

Establishes departmental goals and oversees implementation of patient dining services program

Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops guest experience ambassadors

Complies with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to ensure patient food preferences are met within guidelines of their diet orders

Supports achieving overall patient satisfaction goals and metrics

Complies with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies

Participates in/ leads patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs

Supervisory Responsibility

This position serves as a member of the leadership team and is responsible for the performance management of the overall account in addition to clinical nutrition.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, televisions, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. These environments will include client facilities and the NEXDINE Corporate Office.
