The Patient Scheduler and Intake Coordinator will schedule patients for field clinicians. Must be an LPN/LVN licensed in the state in which he/she practices, or have at least one year of work experience in a healthcare setting * Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device. * Previous experience working with an EMR system is strongly preferred. * Experience working with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a plus. * Previous experience in home health, hospice, or pediatrics is preferred. * Must possess a passion for helping patients.Education and experience, preferred * Previous experience in home health, hospice, or pediatrics is preferred.Requirements Must possess a valid state driver license * Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law * Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition * Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditionsAdditional InformationEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
