Patient Services Associate

Job Overview:

The Technician will be responsible for preparing Code Trays for the System Hospitals and dispense them in a timely manner. In addition, will also be involved in Unit Dosing and Compounding of Hazardous Non-Sterile medications. And will also be cross-trained with other Clinical Technicians.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required within one (1) year of hire.

• Knowledge of Pharmacy software, data entry, and MS Office.

Preferred:

• Registered Pharmacy Technician is a plus.

• Home Infusion experience is a plus.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full-time, Day

Essential Functions:

• Exhibits strong and compassionate customer service skills.

• Promptly expedites medication orders.

• Candidate will work closely with pharmacists and department team members. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

• Data entry of patient information and orders.
